Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a team providing an excellent and efficient service to a mix of clients (trade, dropshipping, corporate and direct customer) by responding to verbal and written enquiries as well as proactively contacting customers with the aim of keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To respond to all inbound queries accurately and in accordance with current service level standards, policies and procedure. Responses will be verbal and written across a range of platforms.

Provide a front-line sales service to our corporate sales business which will involve quotations, upselling, sales order processing, payment processing and providing expert knowledge on our products along with a best in class service.

Provide proactive and reactive customer service regarding collection and delivery issues as well as delivery discrepancies.

To comply with all regulatory requirements and processes, for example data protection and information security.

Take ownership of complaint resolution where possible or escalate any unresolved or problematic queries following the agreed processes.

Develop an excellent knowledge base on all of the company's products or services.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good listening and questioning skills with a calm, confident telephone manner and the ability to build a rapport with the customer.

Excellent attention to administrative detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Computer literate with outlook, word and excel skills.

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not essential.

Ability to handle high levels of customer queries and thrive in a busy office environment.

A real team player with a can-do attitude, a passion for delivering great customer service always aiming for positive customer feedback.

Pay - GBP9.74 per hour

Hours - Dayshift - predominantly either 9am-5pm, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.

Start Date - Immediate
