An exciting growing medical start-up that specialises in wearable technology to understand and manager terminal illnesses are looking for a proactive, ambitious and determined Graduate to join the firm as their first operations employee
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a dynamic role where you will be involved with everything operations led whilst developing your skills to eventually specialise within marketing/product/operations/customer success etc. Due to the nature of the role, this will be office-based Monday to Friday! Typical duties include:

Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £25k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits

- Supporting the CEO/Founder in business-as-usual activities
- Assisting in improving processes and researching ideas on streamlining or resolving problems
- Working between Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure all areas are working cohesively
- Liaising with end-users and hospitals to collect patient data to pass on to sales for upselling opportunities
- Collating and passing on customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of the product
- Happy to take on duties outside the job spec as expected in a start-up environment
To be successful, you will be a bright and ambitious graduate, enjoy working in a diverse environment and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Strong academics ideally a degree within an academic subject
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
