On behalf of our client, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source an experience Sales Administrator to support both internal operations and provide direct support to customers.

DUTIES
Process customer orders received, any amendments and input onto Kerridge as they arrive by phone, e-mail, and customer portals.
Process back to back sales orders to ensure that all orders placed will be fulfilled to timescale
Deal with incoming customer issues and coordinate with the relevant department to ensure expectations are met
Inform management of any deviation or expected problems
Review orders dispatched daily and inform customers and internal sales account managers of any problems
Liase with other staff to expedite overdue orders to ensure customer delivery date can be fulfilled
Produce pick notes & once returned and once returned, upload delivery notes into Kerridge
Liase with the warehouse manager and team leaders to organise delivery for urgent orders
File all processed paperwork in accordance with the office filing system
Deal with incoming warranty claims to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with the manufacturers, customers and our suppliers to fully resolve any complaints.
General administrative duties
Working full time hours, Monday - Friday
