Our client is a construction company based in fantastic offices in Central London. They are looking for a super star EA to support the MD and wider team. Working in a fun and buzzy office environment you will be providing support not only on the traditional side of being an EA such as Diary Management, inbox Management, scheduling meetings etc but also helping with projects, producing reports, organising small scale events, as well as getting involved in network and client management. This really is an all involving role where no two days will be the same. They are looking for someone who is extremely driven and who has a real sense of urgency. You will be a relationship builder, emotionally intelligent and a task manager. You will grow with the team and be the gate-keeper as required!
Duties will include
- Diary Management
- Organise small scale events
- Inbox Management
- Schedule meetings
- Support on Projects and Report Writing
- Produce board reports
- Network & Client Management
