Location: Nottingham, NG1

Contract: Temporary - ASAP Start - 3 Months Initially

Salary: GBP10.60 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits

Hours: 37 Hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities within your role would be:

You will be working as a Receptionist, answering a switchboard and logging call information
You will be answering, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages
You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors have a great experience.
You will undertake ad-hoc administration duties, sending Emails using Outlook, logging information using Excel, other ad- hoc duties to support your team as and when required
Customer Service, greet customers in a warm and welcoming mannerExperience and skills required:

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service
Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner
