Mon- Fri, 9am to 5.30pm (flexible/hybrid working may be an option)

We have an opportunity for a Project Administrator/ Team Coordinator to support our directors and a large team of lively architects, engineers and other designers within our London studio, on a very prestigious and potentially long-term heritage project, based in Westminster.

The priority for this role is to provide the project directors and their teams with a smooth and efficient service in support of their business activities.

You will act as a pivotal point of contact within the team; demonstrating diplomatic competence, as well as the ability to bring a sense of order by means of co-ordinating the group, and managing a very busy meeting schedule. Additional duties include maintaining the live Team Status list, arranging and monitoring team training and generally assisting and keeping the team organised.

About you

You must be above all highly systematic, but also unflappable, patient and flexible; assertive yet diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills. You will have an excellent standard of written and spoken English and a ‘can do’ attitude along with meticulous attention to detail.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a necessity.

Previous experience of team coordination and/or project administration in a high-pressure environment would be preferred.

Please note that the successful candidate will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard Pre-Employment check (BPSS) and will be required to undergo various checks including: Identity, Right to Work; 3 years continuous? UK Employment/Education History and Criminal Record. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed or rejected.
