Our client based in Mid Kent is looking a HR Assistant to join them on a full-time temporary basis, for a duration of up to 6 months!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or newly qualified individual looking for a new challenge to join a well reputed, values led company. The main purpose of this position would be to assist the HR function with all aspects of recruitment.
Main duties & responsibilities include:
Assist the HR Advisors with all aspect of recruitment from creating adverts, to shortlisting and screening applicants, arranging interviews, and assisting with paperwork around offers, right to work checks, references, and the onboarding process.
Working closely with all departments and teams assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Providing general assistance to the HR Manager & team with the continuous development and improvement of the HR department.
Providing general support to other teams as and when requiredYou will have/be:
Ideally with CIPD Level 3 qualification
Have previous experience providing assistance to a busy HR department
Confident in using all MS Office applications
Able to meet deadlines and be organised in managing your own workload
The ability to work constructively as part of a team and independently
A positive attitude to any feedback from senior management
Trustworthy and honest with excellent oral and written communication skills
A team player; someone who doesn't mind getting stuck in!Our client is open to graduates looking to gain exposure with a HR role also!
