Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancing Legal Secretary opportunity?
A long-established firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Residential Conveyancing Team in Solihull.
The Role:
- Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team
- Audio Typing using a digital dictation system.
- Diary Management.
- Answering the telephone for the family team.
- File opening/closing.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
- Reception cover.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone, have a strong background in residential conveyancing, knowledge of online Land Registry Knowledge of Stamp Duty procedures and experience of conveyancing search portals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience within Residential Conveyancing to join a successful team.
Benefits:
Salary based on experience, up to GBP22,000.
23 days plus bank holidays + Christmas period
