Talent Coordinator required for a fast growing tech company!

This is an exciting time to join a fast growing tech company, experiencing double-digit growth year over year and is now investing heavily to continue driving that growth throughout 2021.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and improve how we attract and select new hires. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our hiring process run smoothly and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

Responsibilities

  • Help with sourcing and selecting candidates for positions
  • Craft and update job descriptions
  • Prepare job offer letters for review
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback
  • Track and report on D&I statistics
  • Coordinate background and reference checks
  • Coordinate assessment centres and contact applicants, as needed
  • Prepare management reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Organize our employee referral process, including internal referral campaigns and managing referral payments
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
  • Coordinate Visa applications for candidates with our external advisors

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business related field
  • 1-3 years Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workable) and resume databases
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
