Private EA to UHNWI

This is an incredible opportunity to work for an UHNW family based out of a home in central London. Reporting to and supporting the chief of staff you will be a resourceful person who believes that ‘nothing is impossible’ and will find any way to solve a problem. A wide reaching and varied role, there is nothing that you will not do. There is a little black book and a wide reaching network though there will be lots of negotiating getting things done last minute.

• Extensive and complex diary management
• Travel arrangements and detailed Itineraries, private and scheduled
• Minute by minute schedules
• Household staff recruitment, worldwide
• Worldwide property management
• Personal shopping, childrens schedules
• Management of wine collection and art inventories/insurance
• Small and large scale events, worldwide
• Ad hoc projects

I am looking for someone who has experience working within a household of an UHNWI, who knows how to set boundaries and how to read a room. Someone with a nothing is too much trouble attitude who has a sense of urgency and a tenacity to get things done. I need someone able to juggle a large workload and prioritse a high number of small though very important tasks at a time who wont get flustered and keeps a cool head. I am also looking for someone very discreet and understands a high level of confidentiality.
