This has to be the best HR Coordinator role on the marketplace simply working for the best of the best HR and Talent Professionals in one of the most exciting and dynamic Entrepreneurial Law firms in London whose clients are the Super Rich and UHNWI's.  As HR Coordinator you will report direct to the most inspirational Head of HR who alongside their Talent Director will mentor you and help build upon your HR career.  Responsibilities will include, coordinating the onboarding process, starter documentation, pre-employment checks and starter inductions, issuing offer letters and contracts, coordinating exit interviews, coordinating the annual appraisal process, managing all payroll adjustments, managing the HR calender, ensuring all HR records are accurate and uptodate, managing and maintaining the HR database, coordinating training sessions, coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, departments, and providing feedback, coordinating the graduate trainee programme.   THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN HR GRADUATE WITH SOME PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN HR ROLE, BUT AN HR QUALIFICATION IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
