Our client is a global strategy consultancy operating from beautifully stylish offices in London’s Chancery lane district.

This role joins the Facilities & Reception team and exists to provide a professional high quality Facilities service. You will provide general office duties including supporting with the onboarding process for new joiners, arrange temporary access for temporary workers, attend weekly meetings with the Facilities Manager to cover all issues/concerns, be responsible for assisting in the coordination of all accidents, emergencies and fire evacuation procedures, ensure all processes and policies are updated, manage the Facilities inbox and be the first point of contact with all contractors.

You’ll manage the floor plans, work with IT in relation to desk plans, office redesigns and moves, escalate building management issues and be responsible for internal event consultations.

You’ll log FM issues with the managing agent, order supplies, be responsible for work station risk assessments and supplier management.

You are an experienced Facilities Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years experience of operating in an office environment with a minimum of 12 months mailroom experience, project management and an understanding of health & safety requirements as it relates to emergency procedures, office moves and desk space. You’ll be  customer service focused with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
