Personal Assistant - Fashion Retailer - 12 Month FTC

My client are a well known Fashion Retainer based in the West End, who are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join their business on a 12 month contract. You will be working in a highly respected company alongside some incredible creative people, supporting CTO and 2 Senior Directors with the running of their life.

As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for heavy and complex diary management, with regular last-minute changes and amendments. You will book travel and manage itineraries, including restaurant and hotel bookings. You will meet and greet guests, field calls and gatekeep as necessary. You will also get stuck in with ad hoc projects across the business, and much more. 

You MUST have experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the Fashion industry. In your previous roles, you must have supported at least at C Suite level. You must be super organised, proactive, and be excellent at multitasking many different priorities. You must be confident communicating with stakeholders at every level, and be able to push back where necessary.
