*PA for Green Energy Team*

Exceptional Team Assistant / PA to Directors + Team needed for fast growing and high profile investment firm in the City. Supporting a small team of lovely, high intelligent associates within their ethical / sustainable / renewable energy team the successful Team PA / Assistant will be extremely organized, used to working meticulously under pressure, have some diary management experience and have an impressive work ethic and friendly, positive approach.

This investment firm of around 200 staff is enjoying fast growth at the moment. Their culture is professional and super friendly with a lively social scene. You will be outgoing and not take yourself too seriously to fit in here, and lovely working in a wider PA Team.

This is a classic PA role at senior level, working alongside a friendly team of PAs, and because the company is growing so fast and they are so busy, they really see this role progressing and growing a lot.

PA to Directors

• Logistically complicated diary – busy and constantly changing
• Coordinating extensive meetings including all the finer details and paperwork for numerous internal and external meetings
• Planning in advance for board papers, PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Extensive liaison with clients
• UK travel coordination
• Understanding and working to company and investment processes
• Expenses
• Inbox management
• Client events / entertainment booking
• Working closely with other PA / EA / Executive Assistants in team

The ideal PA / Team Assistant / Assistant to Directors / PA will have:

• A levels or Degree education (or equivalent)
• PA experience including exceptional diary management skills
• Investment sector exposure (ideally)
• Happy to work in a very high end, professional and friendly environment with banter!
• Enjoys a classic PA role although there is long term scope for growth (previous exceptional PAs have moved into analyst and executive roles at this business)
