PA and Office Manager - Boutique Finance

An established Financial start-up is looking for a PA and Office Manager to come and join their expanding team. Based out of beautiful offices in Mayfair, they have been established for over 2 years and are reaching a really pinnacle point in their success so it could not be a more exciting time to join! The role is PA to the two Founders with ad hoc support to other partners, all of whom are hardworking and inspirational to work for. The role is busy and varied but there will also be so much room for growth and to take on more as they excel further along their journey. You will be the only support in the office and in effect the ‘net’ to catch anything and problem solve, they are not looking for someone to micromanage but someone who will wants to take own initiative, run with things and take ownership of projects and tasks

ROLE

• Diary and inbox management
• Scedulign meetings and international travel arrangements
• Office management – coming up with new systems as they grow
• Problem solver for anything administrative
• Helping with compliance and Investor Relations
• Events
• Projects

I am looking for someone who is happy to muck in anywhere, is resilient, hardworking and wants to really own their own role, has PA and Office Management experience and has worked in boutique finance before. I am also looking for someone who can work at a million miles and hour and get things done ‘yesterday’ when needed as they are in a period of growth things might get quite busy!
