Our client is an award winning agency which works with some of the most famous brands in the world.  The London office, based in the West End is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to come onboard to ensure the smooth day to day running of these gorgeous offices!  We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to support the Office Services Director and FOH team.  You’ll help to manage and maintain all office facilities in a cost effective, safe and secure environment. You will report anything that needs attention around the office and deal with any incidents or issues in the first instance. You’ll maintain schedules for periodic inspection and maintenance of the office, keep staff informed of procedure, , take Health & Safety responsibility for polices & their implementation and generally ensure the office is kept in tip top condition! You will also jump onto Reception as and when required so a friendly disposition is essential! You’ll be a 2nd jobber with at least a years’ experience in Facilities, preferably in a large organization . You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills to be an excellent interface with internal staff, suppliers and others alongside excellent organizational skills. A level of physical fitness is required in this role as some heavy lifting is involved. This is a 6 month contract with a potential to become permanent.
