Our client a high profile LA based Fashion Company requires a Personal Assistant who can support the CEO and occasionally the executive staff to help improve productivity.

The Assistant will be responsible for managing CEO’s calendar, running business and personal errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence.

You will be the go-to person for all needs inc. daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls etc

The ideal candidate for this position will already be LA based, will be is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience from a similar role.

Hours:                  Full time with out of hours / weekend support when required

Location:              LA

Salary:                  Dependent on experience

Start Date:            Immediate

Interviewing:        Immediate

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage day to day calendar
  • Act as spokesperson for principal on all matters
  • Provides administrative support
  • Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the principal’s absence
  • Conserve principals time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
  • Coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates
  • Prepare meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes
  • Ad hoc personal errands, gift purchasing and shopping

Candidates must be / have:

  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Always available, mobile, and open to travel
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives
  • Ability handle confidential information with discretion

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in fashion, entertainment and/or talent agency/management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Client service experience preferred
  • Computer proficient (Mac Os)
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills appreciated, but not required. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
