This is a Permanent role for a Merchandise Assistant to join a well respected brand based in Guildford.

Description

The Merchandise Assistant position based in Guildford will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the Merchandising team with weekly reports
• Assist with seasonal product planning
• Assist with stock purchasing
• Raising or purchase orders
• Managing delivery schedules
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Checking of shipping documents
• Work with the finance team for the payment of invoices for deliveries
• Other tasks as required

Profile

The Merchandise Assistant position based in Guildford will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a retail setting
• Experience of working with stock management and deliveries
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong systems and excel skills
