Our client is a modern and ethical investment firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair. They are looking for a super bright and enthusiastic candidate to join them as an Office Administrator, with the potential for a high level of progression. They offer flexible working within a genuinely diverse and open culture with wonderful people working at the very top of their game.
Main duties:
- Organising and maintaining meetings room
- Front of house duties/ meeting all clients upon arrival
- Invoicing
- Expenses
- Assisting the EA to the Founders
- Ordering office supplies
- Adhoc duties and projects
This role would be perfect for someone who already has some high level office administration experience under their belt or perhaps if you’re just finishing your degree and are looking for a fantastic company to join and progress with.
