Looking for a new opportunity within alternative investment, to support a dynamic team of ambitious professionals? We are working with one of the top investment funds in London who are seeking a high achieving HR Assistant to join and support with all their recruitment scheduling and coordination. 

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience and have a track record of supporting within a recruitment capacity, managing different processes, multitasking to ensure seamless and pro-active support is provided at all times.

Based is stunning Mayfair offices, this is 1 year FTC to start with, with possible longer term opportunities for the right person.  

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling and booking rooms for phone, VC and onsite interviews for hiring managers and candidates
  • Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process
  • Working with the Recruitment team to follow up with interviewers to ensure that all interview and feedback forms with notes are collected and collated  
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date  
  • Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview
  • Providing a 'meet and greet' service to candidates where appropriate, ensuring a positive experience
  • Adding value to your business area through awareness and understanding of campus events, university relationships, recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge
