Location - Mayfair, London
Our client, a pioneering and diverse global Real Estate group, is looking for a motivated, energetic Office Manager/PA to join the growing London team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, often challenging environment, with the ability to take responsibility for both office management and employee experience. You will be a natural collaborator and will be able to connect and communicate easily with others, while forging strong and trusted relationships with the team and clients.
As an Office Manager/PA, you’ll be working across the different disciplines, including office operations, executive administration, finance, and IT. From hosting presentations and client meetings to onboarding new staff to planning office parties and managing executive calendars and travel, you’ll be a key part of the team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crucial company projects (such as office moves or corporate events) as well as the day-to-day office admin
- Calendar management of multiple diaries, arranging meetings and conference calls
- Process all incoming and outgoing communications (letters, reports and other materials, answering phones)
- Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules for our team
- Management of financial transactions, company expenses, and reporting of company credit card use
- Employee onboarding
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager for 2+ years
- Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A creative problem solver, not afraid to suggest improvements or think outside the box
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- A skilled communicator and speaker, comfortable talking to clients, stakeholders and staff on a daily basis
- A proactive, can-do attitude, able to adapt and learn in a fast-growing business
- English – fluent verbal and written
- Ability to speak other languages (advantage)
