This role will be supporting the Group CFO of a well-established engineering firm based in Wembley. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the efficient running of the CFO / COO offices and act as a project management officer for key deliverables in support of the Group Strategy.

- Provide high-quality executive, administrative and Co. Secretarial admin support to the Group CFO
- Organise and schedule meetings; prepare agendas; perform research; and compile and follow-up actions (SLA of 5 days prior to meetings)
- Support in drafting key timings for the delivery of the quarterly and annual reports
- Full diary management, ensuring timely briefings, agenda-setting and the anticipation of future commitments, organise business travel arrangements, including meeting rooms for the CFO and COO
- Professional and discreet handling of communications and projects, determining appropriate follow-up
- Management of correspondence as directed (organising external stakeholder and network meetings, Partner of Choice meeting with clients, attendance of webinars, etc)
- Draft, compile and distribute communications, including presentations and reports (internal and external)
- Assist with board and committee reports and correspondence under the direction and in line with guidelines
- Provision of high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders via all communication channels
- Further develop and maintain effective administrative processes including electronic records management, creating new systems as required
- Coordinate key external and internal events including tenders, colleague briefings, and team meetings
- Keeping abreast of industry and financial sector news and events
- Invoices and expenses management

- Communicates with impact - respect, mutual understanding, empathy and confidence
- Knowledge of the requirements for producing shareholder and company board reports and quarterly updates for financial stakeholders
- Experience developing efficient processes and filing systems and adhering to compliance effectively
- Understanding and experience in supporting governance frameworks
- Ability to plan outcomes for success far in advance, prioritising and managing workload, and the workload of others (that are not direct reports) effectively
- Undergraduate degree (e.g. BA, BSc in Business / Finance / Accounting / Maths or similar) or equivalent
- An interest in studying for relevant professional qualifications such as Prince2 / PMP / Lean / SixSigma
