As Customer Service & Sales Executive in the Daventry area, you will be supporting the development of the Pre-Owned operation from inception.

Description

As Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Acting as first line support and ensuring all customer orders are progressed efficiently, in terms of customers understanding, documentation requirements and administrative tasks that need to be completed to progress the order
  • Assisting customers in completing order requirements, on and off-line where appropriate, and referring customers to the UK FCA accredited partner where necessary
  • Supporting the Sales operation in developing an Inside Sales function
  • Co-ordinating activity of the Customer Relations Centre towards sales support and assisting the Head of Sales to establish where further resources are needed
  • Support on post delivery customer enquiries via the Sales team, and assist the Customer Relations Centre where necessary to resolve customer concerns
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in the development of the Customer Relations Centre, providing relevant feedback and highlighting any areas for development
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager and the Customer Relations Centre to resolve escalated customer concerns and improve the Customer Service experience

Profile

The successful Customer Service and Sales Executive will be:

  • Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • A valid driver's license
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales market
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, VIDA, and TIE are a benefit
  • Experience with an FCA company and/or Motor Industry desirable

Job Offer

As Customer Service & Sales Executive you will be entitled to:

  • Salary band £27,000- £30,000
