Temp to perm PA

Our client, a highly successful Investment Management firm are looking for a Team PA to join them on a temp to perm basis. The role is based in stunning West End offices five days per week, alongside a friendly team.

The successful candidate will support a team of 13 Executives who are very high paced and need extensive diary management support. They are looking for someone to start temping asap with the view to move into a permanent role in the coming months.

Working for a super busy team, the role will require a PA who can think on their feet and deal with constant changes throughout the working day.

The company has a very close team of PA’s who work very well together, they are super supportive and social. They also offer great perks including an onsite gym and annual trips away as a team.

Duties will include:

Managing multiple diaries often across different time zones

Arranging conference calls and meetings

Board support – setting up meetings and preparing agendas

Travel arrangements – flights, accommodation, and itineraries

Processing expenses

Restaurant bookings

Meeting preparation including assisting with presentations and document formatting

Event management including liaising with charities, sending out invites, guest lists and arranging speakers

Our client is looking for a PA to start asap so all applicants must be available immediately.

The successful candidate must be confident with high volumes of scheduling and should have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Team Assistant/PA in a similar working environment. Previous experience in finance would also be beneficial.
