Fast-paced , growing and ‘all go’ investment company needs an exceptional PA / Executive Assistant to support their two Founding Partners.

The culture here is entrepreneurial, positive and down to earth. As the most Senior EA in the office this is a very important role to get right for them. The Partners are exceptionally busy so the ideal EA / Executive Assistant will be super-confident, cheerful and have a strong backbone. Classic EA duties including complex ever-changing diary and travel coordination in a highly deadline driven, fast paced and changeable environment. To thrive the EA / PA will be constantly 5 steps ahead, anticipating needs and upwardly managing, assisting to manage the Founders’ time and reputations effectively.

• Proactive diary management, assisting the Founders to prioritise their workloads
• Organising and scheduling meetings
• Arranging international travel, including flights and accommodation
• Preparing documentation for meetings
• Events coordination and ad hoc projects – scope to make role your own
• Build relationships with a high number of investors and key contacts
• Mentoring a Team Assistant and Office PA

We are looking for an EA with a personable and professional nature, exceptional organisational and communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with external high-profile clients.

The ideal Executive Assistant / EA will have

• Investment sector / boutique finance experience or similar
• Confident personality
• Desire to understand wider business
• Positive, down to earth attitude
