The Opportunity:

The Graduate Recruitment Administrator will be supporting a close-knit HR team and work with their Recruitment partners to attract and recruit graduates. This team-focused role is to support the firm’s continuing success. Day-to-day responsibilities range from processing candidate applications to maintaining the firm’s recruitment database. The firm offers a variety of learning and development opportunities to their staff to promote continual personal growth. Alongside this, the firm offer a range of support networks that encourage inclusion and diversity.

Graduate Recruitment Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Processing training contract and work experience applications through the online recruitment system.
  • Creating calendar invites for each stage of the interview process.
  • Responding to candidates’ enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Obtaining interview notes from interviewers
  • Maintaining the online recruitment system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Meeting interview candidates virtually or in-person and setting up their written exercises.
  • Assisting with other tasks and projects to support the team as required.

Graduate Recruitment Administrator requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
