A growing insurance firm based in the City is looking to hire a brand new Assistant to support the Executive Office with admin and facilities support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a brand new role with lots of variety and a chance to develop the role further, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have one-three years’ experience in an administration, team assistant or reception-based role, be a positive and confident communicator and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and outstanding benefits.

- Meeting VIP’s who are meeting with the executives
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Ordering supplies for the executive office.
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Any other ad hoc duties to support a busy Executive Office
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have one-three years’ experience in an administration, team assistant or reception-based role, be a positive and confident communicator and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office-based role like Receptionist or Team Assistant
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Have a professional approach to work
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and outstanding benefits.
