A growing insurance firm based in the City is looking to hire a brand new Assistant to support the Executive Office with admin and facilities support.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a brand new role with lots of variety and a chance to develop the role further, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
  • Supporting the EA’s with admin duties
  • Meeting VIP’s who are meeting with the executives
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Ordering supplies for the executive office.
  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
  • Any other ad hoc duties to support a busy Executive Office
**Due to the nature of the role this will be working in the office 5 days a week**

WHO YOU ARE


To be successful, you will have one-three years’ experience in an administration, team assistant or reception-based role, be a positive and confident communicator and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an office-based role like Receptionist or Team Assistant
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Have a professional approach to work
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
