What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Strategic Business Unit

Key duties: In this role, the Team PA will predominantly support the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) working closely and collaboratively with the Executive Assistant (EA). The Team PA will act as a lynchpin across the leadership team, working closely with the EA to support the upward and downward flow of information to meet deadlines. Through successful stakeholder engagement, the Team PA will develop a broad understanding of the role and purpose of the SBU, identifying and delivering tailored support and making improvements to business processes to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly. Adopting a collaborative approach to relationships with all members of the SBU, proactively working together to bring a consistency of approach across the SBU, and helping the leadership team make the best use of their time.

Background and experience: 3 years minimum Team PA / Team Assistant experience

Qualifications: Degree would be useful but not vital

Availability: a 1 month notice period if fine
