A growing media firm based in London is looking for a Talent Manager to join the firm. This is a lead role with direct access to the senior leadership team and the chance to manage a small team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Talent Manager role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have experience working as an Inhouse Talent Manager be passionate about working in a growing and challenging environment and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Requirements:
This role will pay up to £50k (DOE) plus benefits and a bonus.

- Supporting the business with all levels of recruitment
- Partnering with external recruitment firms to support hiring the best talent
- Implementing best practices and systems to streamline the hiring process
- Supporting the firm with strategic growth plans and assisting with the planning of the recruitment strategy.
- Actively creating a candidate pipeline in your hard to fill areas.
To be successful, you will have experience working as an Inhouse Talent Manager be passionate about working in a growing and challenging environment and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Requirements:
- In house recruitment or talent management experience
- Experience within Tech or Media would be advantageous
- Ideally have managed a small team previously
- Experience of recruiting for a range of sectors.
- Able to implement new processes
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
