Studio/Project Manager. Hybrid Office London W6 & Home Working

The Candidate will need to have experience in project management, studio management, operations management, or agency traffic roles. Have excellent spoken and written English language skills. Skilled with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) a must; also, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) an advantage. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, support and manage the delivery of innovative projects, end to end, on time, and on budget.

Duties include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the office’s projects (including research, strategy, creative, and innovation projects); using our project management templates/tools.
• Ensuring each project is run in alignment with the project proposal and tracking time and costs as the work progresses.
• Clearly communicating the client and project needs to the innovation team members assigned to each project to ensure that the work meets the agreed brief, timings, and budgets.
• Creating and implementing project workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time on-budget delivery.
• Checking work is ready for review by the CIO in time for prescheduled Work In Progress meetings.
• Ensuring all project files are stored and named in Sharepoint according to protocols.
• Ensuring team timesheets are completed effectively
