Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for a 360 degree recruitment role allowing you to take full control of you market.

• You will be responsible for building a client portfolio in your market
• Offer Consultative advice and market knowledge
• Build Rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer the right solution
• Engage with candidates and build talent pipeline
• Support with interview process and offer advice to help them succeed
• Build relationships internally to cross sell with clients on solutions across Page Group

Profile

The successful candidate will be willing to be open minded and willing to learn. As a recruitment Consultant we are constantly looking on how to improve so you will be open to taking feedback and expanding your knowledge to become a high achiever!
