My client, a global investment firm in Central London are looking for a Receptionist to join them asap on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave. You will be part of a small team covering the front of house with all the typical reception duties within a managed building. Working alongside another receptionist, the successful candidate will have previous reception experience, preferably within a corporate environment.



What you’ll do;
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Manage room bookings
  • Arrange refreshments/catering for meetings as required
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and monitor a busy inbox
  • Set up meeting rooms when required and help to resolve connectivity issues, set up AV equipment for meetings as required
  • Organise and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange couriers as necessary
  • Organise and manage the creation of security passes for London staff
  • Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering stationary, photocopying, filing and archiving
  • Ensure Reception and the meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Liaising with building maintenance and main reception
