Finance Team Administrator - Part Time (3 days)
ASAP start

A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Investment Management firm, starting asap on a 6-month rolling contract to perm in a Finance Team Administrator position. This is a newly created role within the Fund Accounting Team, so a great role for a recent graduate who is looking to build on their existing skills and experience, who is analytical, has strong communication skills and has a keen eye for detail. As this is a new role, there will be scope to take on added responsibility and really make the role your own. Working 3 days a week and the working days can be flexible
Hours 9am - 5pm

What you’ll do;
- Admin support to the teams as required
- Coordinate and track payment approvals across multiple platforms and locations
- Enter and upload payments
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare daily/weekly statistics and cashflow reports
- Managing all invoicing
- Review and verify payment requisitions for appropriate approvals and supporting documentation
- Track and record payment details in an orderly manner
- Prepare analysis, research and resolve discrepancies and issues
- Assist with audit support as necessary
- Continually assess the payable and payment process for any improvements
- 1 years + office experience in an admin role
- Educated with accounting degree an advantage
- Financial services experience desired
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
