A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Investment Management firm, starting asap on a 6-month rolling contract to perm in a Finance Team Administrator position. This is a newly created role within the Fund Accounting Team, so a great role for a recent graduate who is looking to build on their existing skills and experience, who is analytical, has strong communication skills and has a keen eye for detail. As this is a new role, there will be scope to take on added responsibility and really make the role your own.  Working 3 days a week and the working days can be flexible
Hours 9am - 5pm

What you’ll do;

  • Admin support to the teams as required
  • Coordinate and track payment approvals across multiple platforms and locations

  • Enter and upload payments

  • Reconcile bank accounts

  • Prepare daily/weekly statistics and cashflow reports

  • Managing all invoicing

  • Review and verify payment requisitions for appropriate approvals and supporting documentation

  • Track and record payment details in an orderly manner

  • Prepare analysis, research and resolve discrepancies and issues

  • Assist with audit support as necessary

  • Continually assess the payable and payment process for any improvements

What you’ll need;

  • 1 years + office experience in an admin role 
  • Educated with accounting degree an advantage
  • Financial services experience desired
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
