Graduate Researcher

This is a fantastic job opportunity for a recent graduate to join as researcher within a boutique financial recruitment consultancy. Working in the research team, you will support the business, the consultants and gain your first step into a career in recruitment.

The role will involve researching for new business opportunities, managing and maintaining the CRM system, sourcing and proposing candidates, arranging interviews and writing/monitoring advertising on social media.

You will be a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree from a reputable university. who is looking for career development and the opportunity to progress to a consultant role. You must be driven to succeed, be personable and be able to build a good rapport with all levels of clients and candidates.
