Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Junior PA to support a busy office in Mayfair.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Junior PA to develop their career in a dynamic Family Office. The successful candidate will support the existing EA / Estate Manager on the private side and the Office Manager on the corporate side, as well as providing front-of-house support to the wider office.
The successful candidate will benefit from close mentorship from the senior administrative team in order to develop professionally within their field.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- All round administrative support
- Greeting visitors and setting up the boardroom for meetings
- Ad hoc bookings - eg cars, restaurants and other bookings
- Organising couriers
- Running errands for Principals when they are in London
- Answering telephones
- Sourcing tickets where required
- Drafting birthday notes and cards
- Assisting with organising events
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Printing and binding documents
Candidates must be / have:
- Enthusiastic with a can-do manner
- Proactive and organised
- Comfortable with working under pressure
- An excellent team player
- Competent with Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
