This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team in a dynamic boutique financial services firm as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role is a great opportunity to support the Chairman and the Managing Director closely with communication, logistics, schedules and events. Therefore, a high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required for this Executive Assistant role.

This Executive Assistant role's main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organisational and logistical support to the Chairman
  • Events management for the Chairman's public speaking events
  • Travel with the Chairman and Managing Director
  • Overseeing of Chairman's London residence and staff
  • Inbox management for the Chairman
  • Diary management
  • Internal communication
  • Minute-taking
  • Receptionist duties

The successful candidate for this Executive Assistant role will ideally have at least ten years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, alongside good IT skills - a minimum of 55 WPM typing is required. Arabic language is a plus.

This Executive Assistant role is full time, and is inclusive of some evening and weekend work, alongside travel with the Chairman, and so requires a candidate who is excited by a more encompassing and dedicated role.
