Runners & PA & Private Household PA for international theatre producer

International theatre producer requires a whole support team for newly opened East London office. Working alongside this successful and established producer, these roles offer variety, industry exposure and a whole host of interesting and varied duties. The theatre producer requires a Private/Household Assistant to work with him to make his home and business life run more smoothly. He is also recruiting for a PA with specific experience of theatre and an additional two Runners. Working together as a team and covering for each other, you must be able to demonstrate discretion, initiative, willingness and a positive attitude to all that you do. No industry experience required for the Private/Household Assistant or Runners, but the PA role does require someone who has either worked in the theatre industry or who has extensive contacts, as you will be tasked with building relationships with other producers and production companies globally and the sourcing of scripts etc. Salaries are negotiable on all roles and you must be able to work in the East London / Docklands area Monday to Friday.

Skills required

• At least 5 years private household / house management experience for the Private / Household Assistant role
• Experience supporting HNW for the Private / Household Assistant role
• Specific theatre production experience for the PA role
• Business level written and spoken English
• Flexible attitude to hours, duties and responsibilities
• Able to work in East London / Docklands area daily
• Discretion, flexibility, proactivity, positivity, ability to build relationships
• No job too big or too small mentality

Salary - £25,000 to £75,000 (depending on role and experience)
