Global HR and Talent Manager

My client, a high growth SaaS technology start-up, are looking for an experienced and passionate Group Talent and HR Manager to take a lead on all of their recruitment and HR needs. This busy role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, and reporting in to the CEO

The key role responsibilities include:

• Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels across UK, US, and Europe
• Fully implement and manage the recruitment process for the global organisation, implementing a framework and best practice processes
• Working closely with all areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs  
• Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all Recruitment and Talent matters  
• Full accountability for the onboarding process
• Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
• Clear understanding of GDPR , ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:

• Proven track record working in Talent and HR  
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
• Impeccable stakeholder management skills
• Min 3 years solid recruitment experience – agency or internal
• Tech savvy is a must
