Internal Recruiter

Are you an experienced internal recruiter looking to join a high growth company who are really going places? My client are a highly reputable company within the events industry, and are looking for an very passionate, hard working and competent recruiter to join their growing organisation

The role will entail:

• High volume recruitment of experienced and senior hires
• Direct sourcing model to reduce agency spend
• Operate at a strategic level to pipeline and headhunt for future roles
• Build and implement a recruitment strategy
• Operate with a strong understanding of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion practices in order to attract candidates from underrepresented groups
• Excellent stakeholder management skills from partnering with hiring managers to align vision, to reporting to senior stakeholders
• Full creative freedom to create recruitment campaigns for your vacancies

You will have:

• A proven track record in an internal recruitment role
• Experience in first hand interviewing of candidates
• Experience in recruiting for a wide range of senior positions
• Excellent time management skills and able to juggle multiple roles at a time
• Headhunting experience is a must have
• Working within the events industry will be desirable
• Extremely proactive, ambitious and be a self-starter
