A fantastic hospitality client is looking for a Talent Manager to focus on all of the internal recruitment within the business. You will be based in their Mayfair offices and as part of a dynamic HR team.

In this role you will:
  • Develop a recruitment strategy and then put this into practice. You will be implementing new processes and procedures, and take the lead on all recruitment.
  • Be coaching line managers on best practices within recruitment, and you will manage the ATS.
  • Explore new opportunities for recruitment – linking up with schools/colleges and introducing traineeships and apprenticeships as well.
They are looking for someone with:
  • HR qualifications (either degree or CIPD) or qualified by experience in these areas. They must have knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and attracting senior leadership candidates.
  • Experience recruiting within hospitality/hotels would be ideal but not essential. They will look at agency experience as well.
They are offering
  • Up to £50k dependent on experience
  • Discretionary bonus
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
