CAREER RECEPTIONIST

I am looking for a career receptionist who would like to work for a well known institution deeply ingrained in British History. It is an incredibly warm place to work with fantastic benefits and a real family feel.

The role is not just reception, you will get involved in many different things to do with their members and London wide property portfolio:

• Managing the reception desk and area
• Meet and greet, Visitor logs
• Liaising with security, HR and Health and Safety
• Working with Charities and closely linked suppliers
• Resolving queries and requests from connected properties
• Assisting the office manager

I am looking for someone with a proactive mindset, positive demeanour and nothing is too much trouble attitude. A practical outlook who is happy to muck in with different departments, there are many things that the successful candidate can get involved with!
