Part Time PA to CEO - Tech

A very successful and entrepreneurial tech company is seeking a part time 3 days EA to support their CEO. Based from offices in Central London though with lots of flexibility to work from home and with hours. What they do is incredibly interesting and they work across all industries including sustainability, sport and fashion. They are trusting in culture and the CEO is absolutely charming with a great sense of humour who really values his support.

• Diary, reservations, bookings
• Inbox management
• Gatekeeping
• Ad hoc research
• Weekly summarys on what has happened, what happening next week, priorities and actions
• Minutes for meetings occastionally

I am looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, efficient and down to earth who wants to have a relationship with their boss. Someone who doesn’t need chasing, who is trustworthy and happy to work from home or come in to the office when there is a need though this could be only up to once or twice a month. The successful candidate with also be very personable with a great sense of humour though highly discreet.
