Job Role: Lettings Admin
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: GBP17 -19k per annum (negotiated on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Admin to join our Chesterfield based client at an exciting time of growth.
If you are a confident, people person with a natural flare for admin then this could be the role for you!
The main duties include;
* Answering the phones
* Booking viewings and meetings
* Dealing with walk ins
* Completing Standard Office Procedures (SOP's)
* Deciding on suitable tenants
* Gathering the paperwork from the application
* Run the applicant through the referencing process
* Prep the tenancy agreement and all other paperwork for the new tenancy
* Back office duties for the Lettings team
We are looking for the following attributes:
* Very smart appearance
* Be a great communicator both over the phone and face to face
* Be confident and personable
* Have a natural ability to sell
* Be well organised
* Can work at pace and under pressure
* Be honest and trustworthy
* Able to use Microsoft office (training will be given on their industry software)
* Sales or Lettings experience not essential but would be a huge advantage
* Have a full clean driving licence
