Are you an immediately available Senior HR Professional, who could help a local company during a busy summer period!?
Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client in securing them an Interim Senior HR Advisor, reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide generalist and project support to the whole HR function. This is a 4-6 week assignment.
Based in the Portsmouth vicinity, this Global manufacturing company is offering a salary up to GBP40,000 D.O.E. This role includes free parking and hybrid working options.
This is a fast-paced business, in which you will manage the talent acquisition function, project work - including company restructures and within the operations area and creating coaching modules via eLearning.
As a person you will be able to 'hit the ground running', use your own initiative, be able to interface at multiple levels and drive!
You will also be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum and have experience within a manufacturing is advantageous.
