We're partnering with a well-established European manufacturing client that has a strong team based culture. They're looking to appoint an HR Assistant for their busy Bradford site where you will provide a transactional HR service for 200 employees initially for a 14 month fixed term contract.
This will be a varied role where you get the chance to work with a fun and friendly team of peers and an amazing boss. No two days are the same in this business and they offer hybrid/flexible working so you won't be expected to be onsite every day.
You will need the confidence, attention to detail and ability to work in a VERY fast-paced and challenging environment
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Producing offers of employment and sending to new starters, onboarding all new starters
* Managing stakeholders and hiring managers
* Working to SLA's and deadlines
* Processing leavers and managing offboarding process
* Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
* Managing referencing processes with a third party
* Managing several inboxes with high volumes
* Ensuring the HR system is updated, running regular reports and updating spreadsheets
* Managing queries from employees across all levels
Person requirements:
* Must have HR admin experience
* CIPD Level 3 or studying towards this qualification
* Organised and resilient and used to working to daily, weekly and monthly deadlines as well as SLA's
* Someone who is a team player who can make recommendations as part of process improvements
* Good excel and word skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
