HR Advisor - 3 months FTC

Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a new Client who is looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a 3mth FTC to join their HR Team with a very fast paced and growing business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

The successful applicant will report into the HR Manager and be an integral person within HR and the business. The responsibilities for this role are very operational, administrative and generalist.

You will be supporting the Head of HR and responsible for the administration, recruitment and all that entails, on-boarding, changes to contracts, updating the HRIS, lower- level advisory support, plus lots more!

Experience in an FMCG / Manufacturing business would be very advantageous, as would a CIPD qualification and excellent MS Office Suite experience.

As a person you will be commercially aware, use own initiative, resilient, flexible, have enthusiasm to inspire and influence others, a genuine passion for people and be a great communicator. You will be very organised with high attention to detail.

Salary is up to GBP30,000, pro rata.
