This is a great role for a top US Hedge fund based in the heart of the West End. You will be a PA in a beautiful and cutting-edge office surrounded by highly intelligent individuals who work hard!
Working hours are 7.30am – 5pm with the possibility to work longer hours as and when required.

You will be supporting a small team of Portfolio Managers who are busy and need exemplary PA support.
This position will suit a candidate who has a robust and helpful nature, is fast thinking, and is highly organised. You will be well dressed, flexible when needed, and have a positive working attitude.
Provide administrative support to one or several investment teams including Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts. The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include but not be limited to the following:
- Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organise meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense reports
- Manage phone coverage for the team and set up conference calls as needed
- Participate in elements of the research process
- Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations, etc.) if required
- Work on special projects as needed
- Answering phones
- Managing schedules/diaries
- Organizing all travel arrangements: flights hotels cars and preparation of itineraries
- Significant liaison with brokers for company meetings/ models/reports
- Regular liaison with client companies to request information or schedule calls/ meetings
- Arranging attendance at conferences and roadshows
- Completing monthly expense reports
- Preparation of client documents
- Management reporting
- General administration
- Organised, thoughtful, enthusiastic, accurate, discreet, team player, flexible
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (including formulas)
- Proficient in the use of Word and Outlook
The position is fast-moving, busy and will need the PA to be able to work well in a busy and at times pressurised environment.
