Front of House Receptionist - Fashion darling!

Front of House Receptionist required to join a fast expanding, super friendly and sociable, global fashion business. Based in beautiful offices, they are seeking a confident and well presented Front of House Receptionist to be the face of their business.

A fast paced, busy and integral role to the business, working for a successful and established business they are looking for someone ideally from a corporate reception or high end hospitality background who really understands the importance of offering that 5* customer service and who has the confidence, personality and charisma to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

• Meet and greet guests, ensuring you are providing a welcoming experience
• Manage all phone calls, direct calls and pass on messages in a timely manner
• Assist with internal events such as our weekly “Wine Time”
• Collect, sort and help distribute post and manage store returns where necessary
• Arrange couriers and manage deliveries
• Provide general support to the Office Services Team 

This is a full-time office based role working from 9am-6pm!
