Fantastic Meaty EA role working within sustainability. This is a hugely varied role with amazing exposure,  working directly with the CEO of a close-knit firm. £30K-£35K + benefits. 

My client is a consultancy firm working with global organisations, governments and NGOs advising on investment through bespoke partnerships spanning social justice, health and wellbeing, sustainability, thought leadership, client engagement, and the creative sector.

They are looking for a bright, personable, engaging and driven EA who will be able to support the CEO in a fast paced, demanding role that requires impeccable attention to detail.

For the right candidate, this role offers incredible career opportunities and fantastic exposure on a global level.

The successful candidate needs to have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, because you will be liaising directly with clients and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf.

EA Requirements

  • A Minimum of 2-3 years’ EA experience working at a senior level
  • A minimum of three A levels (or equivalent) required. A degree is advantageous but not a necessity
  • Experience of working directly with clients on their Principal’s behalf
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Experience of working in a small, close-knit team
  • Proactive, self-starter who is able to manage a demanding, varied and ever-changing workload
  • A strong team player with a hands-on approach and creative problem-solving skills
  • Last, but certainly not least, a warm, fun, charismatic personality with a professional demeanour

EA Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management which can sometimes involve creative thinking and emotional intelligence
  • Inbox management and drafting correspondence
  • National and international travel – both on a business and personal level
  • Working across multiple internal and external boards
  • Some personal support for the CEO when necessary
  • Project management and supporting the team with the management of clients
  • New business documentation
  • Events
  • HR
  • Office Management
  • Managing the company filing system and creating templates and manuals
  • Expenses
  • IT support and database management
