Private PA - ASAP start long term temp role

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Private PA who is available to start asap / immediately to work for a High Profile individual from their private residence based in Central London. The role is temp ongoing - there is a chance this could be perm for the right candidate. You must have private PA experience and excellent references. 

Our client requires someone with superb PA / EA skills to assist with all aspects of their life and would include:

• General PA / EA duties
• Diary Management
• Liaising with Chauffeur 
• Dealing with invitations, both given and received
• Booking travel 
• Dealing with Insurance/Works of Art purchased etc.
• House Management 
• Dealing with a broad spectrum of people including politicians, the royal family and high profile celebrities / VIPs
• Fundraising for charity events; including meeting with relevant parties, making suggestions for possible companies/people to approach, arranging meetings 
• Working with event organisers for large events to ensure the principal’s wishes are met
• Organising smaller events and private dinner/lunch parties.  
• Liaising with Lawyers, Trustees, Accountants, Advisors etc
• Meeting/greeting guests
• Must be good dealing with people at all levels including high powered, well known 
• Paying invoices and arranging bank transfers etc.
• Liaising with Accountants where necessary
